- When you are stuck, spell every word you can think of even if you do not expect it to fit. The coins from junk words are what pay for the hint that unblocks you.
- Watch for the same word in two tenses. If PLAY fits somewhere, check whether PLAYED or PLAYS fits somewhere else.
- Special tiles are worth aiming through. Building a long word that crosses one is worth more than two short words that avoid it.
- Do the daily puzzle. It pays more than a normal level for the same effort.
