Clear the layout by finding two identical tiles that are both free to move — that's the whole rulebook for mahjong solitaire, and Mahjong Royal doesn't complicate it. The board is arranged in stacked, layered shapes rather than a flat grid, so a tile that looks blocked from one angle might be open from another. It rewards scanning the edges of the pile before the center, since outer tiles clear first and open up what's underneath. Nothing here is timed aggressively, so you can take it slow and actually look.
