Cube Match

A cube floats in the middle of the screen with symbols printed on each face, and you rotate it to line up which ones are actually visible before clicking to send matching symbols down into a holding bar. Collect three of the same symbol in that bar and they clear; fill the bar without completing a match and the round is over. So it's not just pattern spotting, it's rotating the cube fast enough to catch matches before the bar fills. The pressure builds gradually rather than all at once, so the first minute or two feels deceptively calm.
