Cut The Rope: Time Travel

Om Nom hops between different eras, and the rope-cutting mechanics from the original game come along for the ride: slice ropes, bounce candy off bubbles, dodge spikes, land the candy in a waiting mouth. The twist is that most levels have two little monsters to feed instead of one, so you're often timing two catches at once rather than a single shot. Physics still matters more than reflexes — a badly angled swing ruins things no matter how fast you cut.
