Santa shows up in a handful of different outfits here, and matching three or more of the same one clears them from the board — standard match-three mechanics with a holiday paint job. The twist is the clock: each round is timed, and running it out sends you back to the start of the level rather than letting you finish at your own pace. That pressure is really the whole game, since the matching itself is simple once you spot the patterns.
