Hamburger Stack

Ingredients roll in one at a time and you swipe to steer which direction each one tips, trying to land it centered on the stack so the burger doesn't topple. Buns, patties, and toppings all behave a little differently once they're rolling, so the same swipe that worked on the last piece won't necessarily work on the next. Later levels add more ingredients to balance, which makes the stack noticeably harder to keep upright.
