Our free daily · new every day Sudoku A fresh grid every day, at five levels Play

KenKen is what most people call this style of puzzle, and it plays out on a sudoku grid where every row and column still needs each number exactly once. The twist is that the grid also gets carved into cages, each one marked with a target number and an operation in the corner, and the numbers inside that cage have to combine using that operation to hit the target. So you're running arithmetic and sudoku logic side by side instead of picking one. Grid size is adjustable, and a smaller grid isn't just a shorter version of a big one — it's a genuinely easier puzzle.
